To maintain a sustainable value chain, Sabará Químicos e Ingredientes, BioE and Concepta Ingredients business units depend daily on capture of fresh, clean and abundant water for their direct and indirect operations.

Constant monitoring includes daily measurements of captured volumes, physical-chemical analysis and annual assessment of the height of the water table, a measure that ensures the responsible use of this essential resource.

Furthermore, Sabará Químicos e Ingredientes uses specific technologies that guarantee effective sanitation and disinfection of water from industrial processes.

In 2021, Sabará Group had 254 collaborators, including employees, independent contractors, interns and apprentices. This number increased to 276 in 2022, a growth of over 18% compared to the average number of employees in the previous two years.

Our employees are trained and encouraged to learn and improve their skills. The “Leaders Academy” is Sabará Group’s main leadership training program. Developed in partnership with institutions specializing in business education, it addresses topics such as interpersonal relationships, communication, strategic planning, presentation techniques, feedback and teamwork.

The BioE factory, in Santa Bárbara d’Oeste (in the state of São Paulo), was planned from conception to be environmentally efficient, consume and produce responsibly.

Sabará Químicos e Ingredientes is one of the most prominent manufacturers of water treatment solutions and distributor of chlorine in Latin America, using specific technologies and ensuring effective sanitation and disinfection of water from industrial processes.

Sabará Group invests in the conservation of green areas, establishing an emergency action plan to prevent soil and atmosphere contamination in case of leaks;
