Stable for approximately 24 months when stored hermetically sealed, in a room with temperature between 15°C – 20°C, dry, well ventilated, protected from sunlight and heat sources.

No added artificial flavors

EN 5020 are caramel flakes obtained by controlled heat treatment of sugars. They are crushed and sieved after caramelization in order to obtain standardized sized flakes.
