Açaí sauce
Ingredients:
- 100g pure açaí pulp, unsweetened and defrosted
- 4 tablespoons of açaí oil
- 2 tablespoons of sugarcane molasses
- 2 tablespoons lemon or apple cider vinegar
- Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
- In a bowl, place all the ingredients and, using a whisk, mix well until you have a homogeneous sauce. If you are preparing larger quantities, you can blend them in a blender.
- Serve as a salad dressing, roasted vegetables or drier meats.
