Onion Cracker
Ingredients:
- 1 large onion
- 125ml of milk
- 250g of sour cassava starch
- 250g of PRO 1000GB flour
- 30g of cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder
- 2 eggs
- 10 drops of Tabasco
- 200g of refined coconut oil
- 150g of grated cheese
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Blend the onion with the milk in a food processor until it forms a homogeneous paste; add the eggs, oil and Tabasco and blend until smooth.
- Add the onion mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well; finally, add the grated cheese and mix until everything is incorporated.
- Roll out the dough to the desired thickness; cut with a rolling pin and bake in a greased pan in a preheated oven until dry and crispy (approximately 35 minutes).
