Protein Waffle
Ingredients:
- 114g wheat flour
- 28g PRO 1000G
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ΒΌ teaspoon baking soda
- 25g refined sugar
- 30g melted refined coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 240ml milk
- 1 teaspoon cumaru powder or vanilla
- Liquid demerara to serve
Preparation:
- Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the liquid ingredients in another. Preheat the waffle maker to the highest temperature.
- Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour a ladle into the machine lightly greased with coconut oil and bake the waffle until golden.
- Serve hot with liquid demerara.
