Protein Bar with Peanuts and Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 870g peanut butter
- 180g PRO 1000G
- 200g organic liquid demerara sugar
- 6g salt
- 225g semisweet chocolate (tempered)
- 23x34cm pan
Preparation:
- Line a pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except chocolate until you get a homogeneous mixture. Spread it on the prepared baking sheet and level it with a spatula. Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.
- Temper the semisweet chocolate and spread it over the cooled dough. Cut it to the desired size and package it. Keep it away from light and heat.
