Popcorn with Caramel and Fleur de Sel
Ingredients:
- ½ cup corn for popcorn
- 3 tablespoons of Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil
- 1 cup Caramel Powder F0002
- Fleur de sel for sprinkling
Preparation:
- In a pan, add the oil and popcorn corn; cover and cook over medium high heat until popping begins.
- Reduce the heat and wait for the popcorn to pop completely, shaking the pan from time to time.
- Turn off the heat and sprinkle the caramel powder over the popcorn while it is still in the hot pan; Stir constantly until the caramel melts and coats the popcorn evenly.
- Pour the caramelized popcorn onto a baking tray and sprinkle with fleur de sel; wait to cool and serve
