Ingredients:
- 300g brown rice flour
- 3 tablespoons of sweet cassava starch
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 300ml of water
- 1/3 cup pure peanut butter
- ¼ cup demerara sugar
- ¼ cup liquid brown sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
Method of preparation:
- Mix the flour, tapioca starch, cocoa, water, peanut butter, demerara sugar, liquid brown sugar and salt. When it is very homogeneous, add the bicarbonate and pour into a pan greased with oil and rice flour.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 40 minutes or until the brownie is baked.
