Ingredients:
- ½ cup of wheat flour
- ¼ cup of water
- ¼ cup mashed guava
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons liquid brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
Method of preparation:
- In a blender, blend the guava, flour, water, sugar, flour and coconut oil until smooth.
- Add the bicarbonate and mix with a spatula.
- Heat a frying pan with a little coconut oil. Pour the batter according to the size of pancake you want to make. When it is golden and firm, turn it over.
- Serve with more liquid brown sugar, fruit, peanut butter or jelly.
