Ingredients:
- 1 large branchy broccoli
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
- 1 dessert spoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon liquid brown sugar
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
- Heat an iron grill, grease it with sunflower oil, wait until it is very hot and place the broccoli on the grill. Let it burn slightly and turn it over.
- When the broccoli is cooked and the ends are burnt, place it in a bowl, add the toasted sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce, liquid brown sugar and salt.
