Yogurt Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 pots of plain Greek yogurt, frozen
- 1 measure of fresh cream, left in the freezer for 1 hour
- 1 measure of demerara sugar
- 1 tablespoon of passion fruit oil
Method of preparation:
- In a blender, beat the oil with sugar, add the rest of the ingredients until it becomes a homogeneous cream.
- Serve with passion fruit syrup and melted chocolate.
