Chocolate Passion Fruit Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of passion fruit oil
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1 to 2 cups of water (as the dough dries very quickly, you can add a little more water if needed)
- 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast
- Sunflower oil
- Chopped chocolate to taste
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the flour, oil, water and sugar. Stir until it becomes a homogeneous mass. Add the chemical yeast and mix slowly.
- Heat a small frying pan and add a “drizzle” of sunflower oil. Add part of the dough (do not overdo it, as it may be raw inside), add the chocolate pieces and cover. When golden, flip the pancake and repeat the process with the other side.
