Chicken hamburger
Ingredients:
- 500g ground chicken breast or thigh
- 3 tablespoons of passion fruit oil
- ΒΌ cup grated parmesan
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Form the burgers. The size can be small, around 50g each (as in the photo), or larger.
- In a preheated frying pan add a little sunflower oil, add the burgers, close with the lid and turn over when golden. Repeat the process with the other side.
- Serve however you like. In the burger in the photo we use Australian bread, mozzarella and a touch of gorgonzola.
