Brazilian Nuts
Ingredients:
- 250g Concepta Broken Brazil Nuts
- 250g Concepta Baru Chestnuts
- 500g of sugar
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon Concepta Açaí Powder
Method of Preparation:
- In a pan, heat the sugar, water and açaí and bring to a boil.
- Add the chestnuts to the syrup and stir until dry.
- Pour into a mold and wait for it to cool.
