Ingredients:
- ½ cup grated carrot
- ½ cup oat flour
- ½ cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons Brazil nut oil
- 3 tablespoons demerara sugar
- 1 tablespoon sweet cassava starch
- 5 chopped Brazil nuts
- 2 tablespoons of water (if necessary)
Method of Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients until a homogeneous dough forms.
- Form into balls and place on a baking tray with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for around 10 minutes.
