Tilapia Ceviche with Brazil Nut Oil
Ingredients:
- 2 tilapia fillets cut into cubes
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 small red onion cut into thin slices
- 1 seedless pepper, cut into thin slices
- Juice of 1 Tahiti lemon
- 2 tablespoons Brazil Nut Oil
- 3 Brazil nuts, finely chopped
- ½ cup straw sweet potatoes
- Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
- In a container, mix the fish, onion, salt, lemon, cilantro, pepper, Brazil nuts and Brazil nut oil.
- Transfer to the serving container and finish with the sweet potato on top.
