Ingredients:
- 4 fish fillets
- 1 cup Brazil nuts
- ½ clove of garlic
- 5 tablespoons of amaranth flakes
- 4 tablespoons of Brazil Nut Oil
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Method of Preparation:
- In a processor, blend the chestnuts and garlic into coarse pieces.
- Using a spoon, mix the amaranth flakes, salt and Brazil nut oil.
- Cover each fish fillet with the chestnut crust and bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for about 15 minutes.
