Ingredients:
- Leaves of 1 radicchio
- 5 tablespoons Brazil nut oil
- ½ clove of grated garlic
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 20g boursin goat cheese
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
Method of Preparation:
- Start by making the sauce, to do this, mix the balsamic vinegar, grated garlic, honey, Brazil nut oil and set aside.
- In a non-stick frying pan, grill the radicchio leaves until they wilt slightly.
- In a bowl, mix the grilled leaves, tomato, sauce and finally the cheese. Serve while still warm.
