Mint and Basil Pesto with Brazil Nut Oil
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Brazil nut oil
- 1/2 small garlic clove
- 3 units of Brazil nuts
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- ½ bunch of basil (leaves only)
- ½ bunch of mint (leaves only)
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Method of Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a processor and blend until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Store in the refrigerator in a closed, sterilized glass jar.
