Roasted Tomato Bruschetta in Brazil Nut Oil and Goat Cheese
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of Italian bread
- 6 tablespoons Brazil nut oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 20g boursin goat cheese
- Salt to taste
- Basil leaves to taste
Method of Preparation:
- Brush about 1 tablespoon of Brazil nut oil on the bread slices and place them on a grill to brown.
- In a mold, place the whole tomatoes, salt and the remaining Brazil nut oil.
- Bake the tomatoes for 10 minutes in a 250°C oven.
- Assemble the bruschetta with the roasted tomatoes, cheese and basil leaves.
