São Paulo, November 2023 – Concepta Ingredients – a business unit of Grupo Sabará specialized in providing natural solutions for the food and beverage industry – is participating for the second consecutive time in one of the world’s most important events for the food sector: Gulfood Manufacturing, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Held from November 7 to 9, the fair brings together companies from more than 70 countries across the Ingredients, Processing, Packaging, Supply Chain Solutions, and Control & Automation segments.
In 2023, Concepta Ingredients showcases at its booth the Vegetable Butter and the Açaí, Passion Fruit, and Brazil Nut Oils, part of the Arboreto Line. Additionally, it presents to visitors Coconut Oils (Virgin, Extra Virgin, and Refined) and Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) from Coconut and Palm, products ideal for various industries and applications.
According to Commercial Director André Sabará, participating in Gulfood reinforces Concepta Ingredients’ strategy in the Middle Eastern market and the importance of being part of an event of this magnitude. “There are only eight Brazilian companies at the event, and we are proud to be part of it once again, especially for the opportunity to make new connections, business deals, and relationships,” he points out. “We will showcase our products sourced from the Amazon, valuing what is being produced in our country by a company with 100% Brazilian expertise,” he adds.
In 2021, Concepta Ingredients began operating in Dubai to serve clients in the Middle East and North Africa. Juliana Camillo, the executive responsible for new business development, highlights the progress made in one year and the fair’s relevance for consolidating the brand in the region.

Products and Applications
Arboreto Line – Ingredients of Brazilian Biodiversity
The products of Brazilian biodiversity are the result of various projects based on forest conservation and directly contribute to the development of communities. The line consists of oils and butters derived from pulps or seeds of the Amazon, Cerrado, and Caatinga biomes, with highlights including Açaí, Passion Fruit, Licuri, Patauá, and Brazil Nut.
Vegetable Butter
Also part of the Arboreto Line, the Vegetable Butter is 100% natural and sustainable, free from any chemical additives or artificial coloring, and stands out for its pure production process. Being gluten-free and free from trans fats, canola, soy, and sodium, it is suitable for flexitarian and vegan diets, offering a healthy alternative to dairy butter.
Açaí Oil
With an intense and herbal flavor, it is rich in omega 6, 9, and phytosterols. It naturally contains vitamins.
Passion Fruit Oil
It has a distinctive and citrus flavor reminiscent of passion fruit itself. It contains omega 6 and phytosterols, along with natural vitamins.
Brazil Nut Oil
With a pronounced and nutty flavor, it contains omega 6 and 9, phytosterols, and squalene, as well as natural vitamins.
Coconut Oil
Available in Virgin, Extra Virgin, and Refined specifications, Coconut Oil contains medium-chain fatty acids and lauric acid, making it an ideal solution for various industries such as food, beverages, and nutraceuticals.
Coconut and Palm MCT
Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) – or capric/caprylic acid triglycerides from Coconut and Palm – contain C8 and C10 fatty acids.
Organic Liquid Sugars
Liquid Mascavo and Demerara Sugars come from organic farming, extracted with advanced technology and developed focusing on the food and beverage industries. These ingredients contain no chemical additives, artificial components, or pesticides. Mascavo Sugar undergoes no refining process, thus preserving minerals and phytosterols from sugarcane. Demerara Sugar is less refined than standard sugar, ensuring the presence of sugarcane nutrients.
