Cesarin SpA pursues quality through a traditional and technological approach in processing, transforming fresh fruits into fruits in syrup, fillings, cubes, flakes, standardized and of the highest quality.

Among the products marketed for the food industry are:

AMARENA

The amarena cherry is dark and ready to use for cake and ice cream decorations. The fruits are immersed in their syrup, rich in the natural flavors of the fruit. The amarena cherry retains the fruit’s flavor and softness due to the processing technology. The product contains no preservatives, colorants, or flavorings, thus guaranteeing the genuine taste of the fruit.

FRUITS IN SYRUP

Syrups rich in fruit (about 50%), with the right balance between texture and spreadability. These are the perfect ingredients to enrich ice creams and other desserts with the flavor of fresh fruits and a bright touch of color.

Orange in Syrup and Wild Berries in Syrup – With 50% fruit content, these are semi-finished products for ice cream shops and professional use.

SPECIAL FRUIT FILLINGS

These fillings contain pieces of fruit and are produced through a high concentration of their natural fibers, thereby reducing the inclusion of sugar in the process. Due to its advanced technology, the filling is stable, does not expand during baking, and resists migration to the outer layer of the biscuit or cake.

FRUITS WITH LOW WATER ACTIVITY IN FLAKES

Fruits with low water activity (≤ 0.6), stabilized and chopped into flakes. They retain the rich flavor of the fruit, are free flowing to facilitate use in mechanical dosing, and contain no colorants or preservatives.

Italian Lemon Flakes and Orange Flakes – Semi-finished products for use in confectioneries, chocolate bars, granolas, cereal bars, and energy bars.

FRUITS WITH LOW WATER ACTIVITY IN CUBES

Fruits with low water activity obtained by an exclusive production method that inhibits the water activity of the original fruit without altering its organoleptic qualities. Since it does not have the typical viscosity of traditional crystallized fruit, the product can be dosed on automated lines. It is a product with a pleasant fruity flavor of the highest quality and stability.
